Write the names exactly as they appear in the passport. The date of birth lets us apply the right child rate. We ask for passport details later, with the name list.

Maximum 9 travellers per request. For groups of 10 or more write to us and we quote separately.

Payment schedule

Payment	%	Estimated date	What happens
Deposit	20%	7 days from the confirmation	Secures the booking. If it does not arrive within 7 days, the booking lapses.
Second payment	40%	—	5 working days before the purchase date. That day we issue the flights and secure the hotels.
Final balance	40%	—	15 days before arrival.

The dates above are estimates. The purchase date falls about 30 days before arrival and we confirm it in writing when we accept the booking. Until that date, cancelling or changing date, route or traveller is free.

Confirmation I have read and accept the payment and cancellation terms of the current tariff. I understand that this request is not a payment, that the 20% deposit must arrive within 7 days of the confirmation, and that otherwise the booking lapses.
