Conmigo Travel Agency

We are a boutique travel agency with our own office in Istanbul, licensed by TÜRSAB under A-14430. We are not a wholesaler: the person who answers you on WhatsApp is the same person who arranges your client’s transfers and hotels here.

You keep the client. We handle the part of the trip you cannot see · internal flights with checked baggage, all transfers, hotels with breakfast, entrance fees and a local guide who speaks Spanish or English. Groups are capped at 18 travellers in a Sprinter van, never a large coach.

Your client is never alone here. One local contact on WhatsApp for the whole trip, in Spanish or English.

The catalogue

Fifteen routes, 1 to 15 days

Three ways to sell Turkey · as an add-on to a trip your client has already booked, as a short route with the internal flights included, or as a full circuit from arrival to departure.

Add-ons 1 to 2 days

Sells on top of an Istanbul stay your client has already booked. You keep those hotel nights.

Short routes 4 to 5 days

Internal flights included. For clients with a tight calendar.

Full circuits 7 to 15 days

Everything on the ground included, from arrival to departure.

Public selling prices, per person in a double or triple room. Day tours are priced per group, so the figure falls as the group grows. Request the tariff sheet for net rates.

Eight answers about rates, invoicing, payment and cancellation · the things you need settled before you quote a client.

How do we get your rates?
The prices on this page are the public selling price · what your client pays if they book with us directly. Your agency rate for the same route is on the tariff sheet, which we send by email. Ask for it once and it covers all fifteen routes.
Can our client find the same tour cheaper somewhere else?
Not from us. Each route has one published price and it is the same on every channel we sell through, including our Spanish consumer brand. You never have to defend your quote.
Do you invoice our agency?
Yes. We invoice the agency, not the traveller, and your client never sees the tariff sheet. You stay the agency of record from the first message to the last transfer.
How and when do we pay?
20% to confirm the booking, 40% before travel, and the final 40% on arrival in Turkey. If your client changes plans, the deposit stays valid as credit for 12 months.
What happens if our client cancels?
For individual bookings the free cancellation window is 30 days before departure. For groups of 7 or more it is 90 days, because flights and hotel blocks are committed earlier. The exact terms go on the confirmation.
What do you handle and what stays with us?
You keep the sale, the client relationship and the international flights. We handle everything from arrival to departure: internal flights with checked baggage, all transfers, hotels with breakfast, guides, entrance fees at our cost, and assistance on the ground in Spanish or English.
Which languages do the guides work in?
Spanish and English on every route. French is available in Istanbul only · in Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale the guiding is Spanish or English.
How big are the groups?
Maximum 18 travellers plus the guide, in a Sprinter van. We do not put your clients on a large coach.
