1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
When you fill in a form on this website (contact or tariff request): your agency name, your name, your work email, your WhatsApp number, your country, the route you are asking about, approximate arrival and departure dates, the number of adults, the number of children and their ages, the travellers’ nationality, whether your clients already have their international flights, and the message you write to us.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: your phone number or email address, your name, and the content of the conversation.
When a booking is confirmed: in addition to the above, the details needed to reserve the services for your clients: full name as it appears in the passport, passport number and expiry date, date of birth, and flight details. These are required to issue internal flight tickets and for the hotel registration that Turkish law makes compulsory.
When you browse this website: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you reached us. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as explained in section 9.
We never ask for card details through the website, by email or on WhatsApp. Payment is made by bank transfer or through a secure payment link from the bank, and your card data is handled by the bank, not by us.
3. When the data belongs to your clients, not to you
Most of what we receive is about travellers who are your clients, not ours. You send us their names, ages, nationalities and, once a booking is confirmed, their passport details.
In that relationship:
- You decide what to collect from your clients and why, and you are responsible for having informed them and for having a lawful basis to pass their data to us.
- We process those details only to arrange and operate the trip you have sold, and only on your instructions. We do not contact your clients for our own commercial purposes and we do not add them to any marketing list of ours.
- We give your clients’ details to hotels, airlines, guides and transport companies only to the extent needed to deliver the services in their programme.
If your client asks us directly to access or delete their data, we will tell you and act together with you.
4. What we use your data for, and on what legal basis

5. Who we share data with
To deliver the trip we share only what is necessary with:
- Hotels where your clients stay, for the compulsory registration
- Airlines, to issue internal flight tickets
- Local guides and transport companies who look after your clients on the ground
- Partner agencies in Greece and Egypt, when the programme includes those countries
- Turkish authorities, when the law requires it
We also work with technology providers who process data on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting), Google (analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising).
We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not pass it on for commercial purposes unrelated to the trip.
6. International transfers
We are a Turkish company and your data is processed in Turkey, which is outside the European Economic Area. To arrange a trip we may also need to send data to suppliers in Greece or Egypt, and our technology providers may process data in the United States.
If you are based in the European Union, this means your data leaves the EEA. We send only what is strictly necessary and we require our suppliers to apply the same level of protection that we apply ourselves.
7. How long we keep data
Not everything is kept for the same time:
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, because Turkish commercial law requires it.
- Passport numbers and dates of birth: deleted 6 months after the trip. We ask for them only to issue internal flight tickets and for hotel registration; once the trip is over we no longer need them.
- The travel file and the conversation history: 3 years from the trip, in case of any claim and so we can help you if you come back to us.
- If you only asked for information and no trip followed: 1 year, because a trip to Turkey is not decided in a week. If you would rather we deleted it sooner, write to us and we will.
- Website measurement data: according to the retention periods of each tool described in section 9.
8. Your rights
At any time you may ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, when it is no longer needed
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Receive it in a file so you can take it to another company
- Withdraw your consent for measurement and advertising cookies
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@conmigotravelagency.com. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you are based in the European Union and you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country. If you are in Turkey, you may contact the KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
9. Cookies and measurement
This website uses its own cookies and cookies from third parties:
- Necessary. These make the site work and cannot be switched off.
- Measurement. Google Analytics, to know which pages are visited and how people reach them.
- Advertising. Meta Pixel and Google Ads, to measure whether our advertising works.
Measurement and advertising cookies only run if you accept them. The first time you visit the site you are asked to choose, and nothing in those two categories loads until you answer. You can change your answer whenever you like, from the Manage consent link at the bottom of any page.

10. Children
Our services are contracted by adults. When a form tells us the number and ages of children travelling, that information is given to us by you, as the agency arranging their trip, and we use it only to calculate the price and organise the trip.
11. Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to the people on our team who need it in order to help you.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change anything we will update the date at the top. Important changes will be announced on the website.
