How to make a reservation?
When you have the details clear, or when you decided to book one of the tour packages; submit a request form located at the bottom of the tour details. On the pop-up page, you will need to fill in the application form. Please fill in all blanks on your application carefully. ”No need to fill in any credit card information” Then wait for a response from our team. Once we receive your reservation request, our team will prepare an appropriate schedule with your information filled in on the reservation form. And we will get back to you with some details about; how to complete your reservation, what is the next step, how to make a deposit payment, etc. After confirming the details and deciding to make a deposit payment and secure your places on the tour package you wish to purchase, we ask bank transfer or we will send you a link via email to pay your deposit amount (20% of the total amount). Once you complete your deposit payment, our team will start working to complete your reservation. We will book domestic flights, hotels, tours and transfers. Once we have completed your reservation, we will send you your final documents that will include all the details of your reservation and voila!
To secure reservations/bookings, we require a 20% deposit payment. Deposit payments can be paid by bank transfer or credit card via SSL secure and encrypted platforms. We will send a payment link to your email. You can pay the deposit payment in this link. And balance payments can be paid IN CASH upon arrival in Turkey, at the beginning of your trip to Turkey! The prices published online on our website are in USD currency. However, this can be converted to EUR, Turkish Lira due to traveler’s request. If you have any difficulty paying the balance payment IN CASH or want to pay the balance with your credit card, VAT will apply. This additional VAT could be 15% of the total amount.
All reservations are made with Lin Tur Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. markets as CONMIGO TRAVEL AGENCY (Licence: A-14430). By booking a product with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions (which constitute the entire agreement between you and us) and we will accept your booking on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in the confirmation/invoice of your reservation. The person submitting the booking form (which incorporates these terms and conditions), whether in print or online, warrants that he/she has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear on it and confirms that all such persons are fully aware and understand these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our discretion.
Reservations can only be canceled by written notification sent by email or certified mail to CONMIGO TRAVEL AGENCY. If the written notification is received before the arrival date / trips start date, Viajes CONMIGO TRAVEL AGENCY will accept such cancellation under the following conditions:

– For any reason of cancellation of 20% without refund of the total amount. (no refund %20 per hundred deposit)

– 30-15 days before arrival, 20% non-refund of the total amount (no refund % 20 percent deposit)

– Less than 7 days or no-show, no refund and %100 payment for the tour is provided. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be happy to help
